Power D107.9 Plays Another "10,000 Hits in a Row"

10/24/01  MARATHON - Millcreek Media's KUDD-FM (Power D 107.9) is doing another 10,000 hits in a row promo.  This is the stations third time of doing suck a promo.  The commercial-free music lasts a little longer than a month.  The station did the promo twice extending it to 20,000 in a row to buy the station time to set p DJ's and a sales force, as well as attract listeners.  DJ's are still at work, however, during this recent music marathon, which is probably to attract some of the listeners away from KZHT.  But we must stop to ask ourselves one little question...where is Marathon getting all of it money?  It sounds like the Power-D isn't must of a money maker, so far, since it has played little commercials between it's three stunts of "10,000 hits in a row."
